You are listening to Theme From Winnie The Pooh HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY MARISSA Make a Wish - Marissa That ice cream sure is good! Yummy, Yummy for my tummy! Smile Pretty I love you My Heart I love this stuff Marissa with cousin Madison Winnie the Pooh, Winnie the Pooh, cubby, little chubby all stuffed with fluff... I can still hear Marissa's voice singing this song. She loved Pooh Bear! I had to buy a second copy of "Great Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" because her first tape began to drag. For her second birthday, the choice was easy...the theme, Winnie the Pooh. We rented a spacewalk, as we had recently been to a party for my godchild, who had one, and Marissa LOVED it. The party was at Nanny's house. I remember that it was very cool that afternoon. Marissa wore a beautiful floral dress with frilly bottoms and socks to match. (oh, how I loved dressing my baby doll!) I remember crying as we sang Happy Birthday. I had cried for her first, as well. I was so very happy that my baby had come so very far from her difficult beginning. Her birthday represented much more than time for me. It meant that my girl had made it! I have a baby girl!!! Marissa Gabrielle is truly mine! The date symbolized the courage of the tiniest Angel, courage to survive and flourish. I could not be more proud. I had suspicion that I might be pregnant. I didn't say a word to anyone...not even Frank. I didn't want to take away from her special day! This day belonged to Marissa alone. At one point, my dad and I got in the spacewalk with Marissa. I didn't stay in there long....I thought I might be expecting, I didn't want to chance hurting the baby. I still didn't say a word. It would be the next day that I would confirm my suspicions. Marissa's second birthday gift would be her "Baby Matt". Her party was Magnificent! My Girl knew that this was her special day. She enjoyed making a mess with the cake. She Loved the spacewalk. The day is etched in my soul as one of the many special gifts that my daughter gave to this world. Thank you, my darling baby girl! Thank you, my Magnificent Marissa!!!!!! "Winnie the Pooh, Winnie the Pooh, little, willy, silly old Bear!" Mommy remembers!!!
